I had this friend...
he moved.
called tonight.
used to be nice..considerate.
tonight..
different.
did nothing but criticize
me and mike.
he asked mike's profession.
laughed.
Rude.
Jokes would not stop.
I went along with their jokes..
and joked back.
Luck. They could not see
my frown instead of
what sounded like a smile.
Who cries theirself to sleep tonight?
