OK, so my dad found out about my problem/coping mechanism.  He talked to my tekk teacher about it and we met on sunday night when we got into kitchener.  Kind of felt ganged up on and really scared.  was snapping elastics like crazy the whole time.  was also shaking. and felt nautious and dizzy.  we went to the hospital after talking and what not.  they told me i was fine to go home, as long as i wasnt going to kill myself.  so im obviously at home.  did cut today, however, did some things before that.  ate my apple today btw.  (had to promise a few things be let alone this week).  anywho, g2g.  ttyl

sounds like u really had a pretty rough day. maybe its a good thing that your dad's aware of your problem. everybody cares and worries about you.
