ok mad at myself because i didnt save this properly, so now i have to redo it. anyway, things are going well. i am not cutting as much or as deep. that is good. but i have started pulling out my hair which is bad i guess.
things are going well with my bf steve.
counselling went well today, she asked me why i cut / pull my hair, i told her it was to make my emotional pain into something i can deal with physically. ttyl
