Release from Satellite TV NewsAfter Comcast’s launched TiVo service last year, Cox communications also about to launch the service in New England Area. Tom Rogers, TiVo president and CEO during a conference call last week said that Cox is trying the TiVo service and will launch the service very soon. Tom Rogers also said that Comcast has started marketing TiVo based DVR service in the New England market area and its being offered to 1.6 million subscribers.
