Nov. 21, 2005 - PATRIOT ACT

Several business groups, including the National Association of Realtors® have
teamed up with the American Civil Liberties Union to lobby against making certain
provisions in the Patriot Act permanent, such as one that forces businesses to turn over sensitive financial records if requested by the FBI.
