HUD tapped a Florida native to head its highest-funded division. Orlando Cabrera,
former Executive Director of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, an agency ofthe State of Florida, will serve as the new Assistant Secretary for HUD's Office ofPublic and Indian Housing.
