The first-ever Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Trends Survey from Black's Guide
found that 89 percent of CRE professionals feel confident that business will improve
over the next six months. Orlando netted the most optimistic responses of those
surveyed, Denver ranked second and Tampa came in third.
