Nov. 10, 2005 - Hurricane Preparation

Craig Fugate, Florida's emergency management chief, told legislators yesterday
that the state should not only bolster its response time in a disaster, but it should also
do a better job instructing residents on how to get ready for a hurricane, calling it
a "culture of preparedness."
