Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation is under new management.
Simone Marstiller, who has been DBPR agency secretary since August, has replaced all
three top deputies, the top attorney and the chief agency lobbyist. Marstiller said it's
typical to make staff changes and not an indication that anything is awry.
