Oct. 31, 2005 - New-Home Market

The number of new homes sold across Florida rose 11 percent to 526,500 in
2004 from over 470,000 in 2003, according to the National Association of
Home Builders. NAHB adds that housing starts surged 22 percent over the
same time span.
