Oct. 31, 2005 - FHA

Brian Montgomery, head of the mortgage loan insurance programs at the Federal
Housing Administration, announced significant changes last week to FHA products.
First, FHA will no longer have specialized FHA appraisals. Second, homebuyers
can fold into their mortgage up to $35,000 in home repairs or minor remodeling.
