Oct. 27, 2005 - Property Insurance

Florida Chief Financial Officer Tom Gallagher says Hurricane Wilma will
"put a strain on (property insurance) rates" in Florida. Sam Miller, vice
president of the Florida Insurance Council, agrees, saying last year's storms
have already affected rates and Wilma is "not going to make things any
better for us."
