Florida Real Estate

Oct. 26, 2005 - Bubble, Bubble, No Trouble

NAR's Market-by-Market Anti-Bubble Reports -- 130 of them -- are now available
online at http://www.Realtor.org/Research.nsf/pages/Anti-BubbleReports. Once you
click on this link, you will be prompted for your Realtor.org user name and password,
and you must register if you haven't already done so. Each file is a downloadable
PDF. Anti-Bubble Reports currently are available for the following Florida markets:
Gainesville, Jacksonville, Port St. Lucie, Cape Coral, Miami, Ocala, Orlando, Palm
Bay, Pensacola, Sarasota, Tallahassee and Tampa. NAR Research prepared these
10-page reports to refute claims by media outlets and analysts that a housing bubble
exists in these markets. The facts contained in these reports simply do not support the
possibility of a housing bust -- not in these markets and not for the nation. Also
available at this link are: a glossary of terms to provide an explanation of the statistics
used in these reports, and a Question & Answer document, which offers general
information on the health of today's housing markets. For help with your Realtor.org
registration, contact Info Central at 800-874-6500. Questions about the reports? E-mail
NAR Research at: eResearch@realtors.org.
