Oct. 26, 2005 - Real Estate Forecast

Mortgage bankers meeting in Orlando this week released their predictions for 2006,
saying lending will fall by 18.7 percent next year, with much of the drop resulting
from fewer refinancings. They predict mortgage lending for new homes should drop
by 3 percent and for resale homes by 3.5 percent.
