My holidays

Well… I am at work again. After 10 days of holidays. Here is a short report of what I have done and have thought during these 10 days. First of all I missed my computer. It is a shame but I still don’t have one at home. I have never thought I need it. While studying I was rare at home being out with friends. Now I have one in the office and haven’t had a necessity of buying one for the home use. But during these 10 days I understood that I need one just to put some clever thoughts in because I had loads of them last days. And not to miss them I tried to write them down with help of the old good method – a pen and a sheet of paper. Certainly I will put them in the blog. Later. And now I will continue my report about holidays. As every life period this one had positive and negative features.

Positive ones

1. I got some rest and had a good healthy sleep on these days. That’s good!!
2. On the 3^rd of January I stayed in bed. For the whole day. And I watched movies. I left my bed only to get some food from the kitchen. Well nobody has brought me breakfast into the bed so I did it myself. However it would have been much more nicer to get breakfast brought by someone else. On that day I watched a lot of movies. I found out that I was so busy last months that I had been in cinema just one time (it was the last Harry Potter) and missed a lot of really good movies. I finally got to watch Flightplan – a really good done movie. I enjoyed watching it. I also watched some new Russian movies and am sure now we can make really good films compared to other countries. I watched Neverland (missed when it was in theatres and got to watch it on that day). It was good too. I am lucky – I get to see only good movies. Usually. 
3. I was in the cinema. 2 times. Taking into account I had been in cinema only one time through the last 3 months (remember Harry Potter) it was a success. I finally watched King Kong (great special effects) and I watched The Chronicles of Narnia (a nice family fairy tale for those who still believe in wonders) – I liked it. May be because I still believe in wonders.
4. I celebrated Christmas. On the 7^th of January like all Russians.
5. I visited my friends – not all of them, but…
6. I found out that I haven’t read any books in the last months – it is unusual for me because I always found time to read but this time. I couldn’t remember the last book I have read. May be it was Harry Potter (again) oh…no – it sure was Dan Brown “Digital fortress”(definitely). And nothing after Dan Brown. What a shame!!! I corrected this and read a very good fantasy book written by one modern Russian author. It is the book that can make you think (if you want to…)

Negative features    

1. It was cold.
2. I missed my net friends.
3. I spent a lot of money on things that I will hardly need in future.
4. I felt lonely. There are days and situations when even being with family and friends you feel lonely. And it is the most difficult thing and the most dreadful feeling…

Now I am allright and hope that everyone of you will have a good day!!!

those were one of the most difficult 10 days of my life and i am so glad that u are safely back. i really need to find out what u prefer to have for breakfast. *winks*

I am glad to read your blog entries once again. :)
Of all the movies you mentioned, I watched all but 'The Chronicles of Narnia'. I liked 'King Kong' very much, great effects but I still thinks that the old one is the best of all the King Kong movies made so far.
