Advantages of being single

I am so tired but can’t go home now because I am printing a lot of documents and should wait till they are ready. So I have some time to write in the blog . It is good because I want to share with you some ideas. First of all I had a date yesterday. Well it was not a date in the normal meaning of this word. My friends are so worried about my being single that they force me into the relationship. They invited me to a restaurant and  I got acquainted with a young man. He didn’t make a good impression on me, may be, because I’m not ready for any relationship and I was really bored the whole evening. I have spoken about this “date” because my thoughts have a direct connection with it. When I came home I couldn’t sleep because of my pains, so I had time to think about my life position and my attitude to any relationship. And I came to the conclusion that being single has some advantages and I don’t want to change my social status now.

The advantages of being single:

1)      You can sleep on your bed and move around it as much as you want without worrying on waking your hubby up!!

2)      The REMOTE CONTROL will ALWAYS be in YOUR HANDS!!!!

3)      And Once you clean up the house...You know it will STAY CLEAN

4)      If you were pissed or depressed and said things you werent suppose too..then no one will be there to judge you..or analyse what you've said..and maybe end up being taken to a shrink.

5)      You can do your own thing - even if your own thing is watching re-runs of Charlie's Angels in your underwear.

6)      Don't have to consider partner's needs

7)      More time for hobbies, sports, study and semi-naked TV-viewing

8)      You aren't responsible for another's careless behavior

9)     You can go anywhere you want, eat whatever you want, and meet anyone you want. You can do whatever pleases you.
Those are a few... Need I say more?

But there are things that I miss – and the first one are FLOWERS (I can buy everything I want but it is quite silly to buy flowers for yourself). I think that even 1 flower will be enough to make me feel better when I feel lonely.

So now i have really to go. Its getting late.

more disadvantages though..
1) being treated to breakfast in bed on your special days by your bf/husband
2) late night talks in bed with someone you love
3) laughing with each other while watching something funny on tv.
4) someone to cry to who you know will wrap their arms around you and try to
make it you feel better afterwards.
5) someone to keep you warm on those extremely cold russian nights. lol

i'm sure there are more but that's the best i can do for the moment. take care and have a wonderful day.
