Forgot your username or password? Montag appears to be shopping for a new BFF. She had lunch in Santa Monica, Calif., this week with Meghan McCain, daughter of Republican candidate Sen. John McCain. But here’s the kicker: the photogs didn’t recognize McCain. TMZ, a gossip Web site with an entertainment television show, said its cameramen focused their lenses on Montag because they didn’t know who her lunch buddy was. Montag stuck close to McCain, so the cameras managed to catch both of them. This isn’t the first time the blonde duo has appeared together. Montag pledged her support for McCain’s dad during a red carpet appearance earlier this year. McCain, a graduate of Columbia University, often accompanies her father on the campaign trail with two of her best buds. The trio, known as “The Blogettes,” record their adventures, complete with photos and videos, on McCain’s blog. Her famous parents aren’t taking any summer vay-cays.
