well well well..it's finally happened! Not that i was waiting or anything, but i'm still alive! I made it lol...anyway...as i was getting onto the highway my bumber was hit from the side by an 18 WHEELER lol ! I'm fairly new to  driving, only been doing so for about  3 yrz, and so sense i was on the highway i jus kept going. Once i exited , the truck was behind me, he got out....and took my plate number and came to my window, " u know u swiped me right! U need to pull over so we can exchange info!" I Dunno why, but for some reason, i'm agreeing with this guy that "i swiped him" lol so i'm like ok, ok , now being that i was in front of him, i'm thinking that he's gonna follow me to the place where we can pull ovah...but noooooo i drive along to this business lot and there's no sign of him, so i'm thinking..."hmmmm"..i call my mom and tell her wha happened, then proceed to call the police and tell them wha happened. For whatever reason...they were being super, super, super..rude and acting like i jus flew the scene of a crime..."ma'am where are YOU now, we already have his location, he's waiting with a unit now." I'm like oh lordy..so now he got me looking like i hit his car, then tried to flee...

Finally i make it to where he and the officer is and the cop looks at my car, and looks at the truck( which has damage to the front of his car..not the side) and says," this is minor..u dun even need to file a police report." I'm thinking.."ok" so the guy and i exchange numbers, insurance info, and everything...and i get to telling ppl wha happened ..and they're like....dude if u got hit rfom behind it's not ur fault.

As i was getting off the on ramp unto the highway the car in front of me immediately stops..so to keep from hitting that car i has to stop and thas how my car came into contact with the truck...now...after thinking about it...yes, the truck shoulda stopped...but it didn't..it was going at the very slow speed tha u have to go when in bumper to bumper traffic...but he did not stop. He did stop after the incident, allowing a few other cars to get on the highway

( i watched from  my rearview)...i'm not worried about it though, if he tried to hit my insurance company up...i'll show them the pictures of my car....which wasn't damaged ..so u tell me....if u a big tracktor trailer truck and u claim my lil escort hit (side scraped) why is ur truck damaged in the front and not from a side angle, where my car would have hit if it were a side scrape?
