Sep. 25, 2005 - Rehearsal For Murder

I know... I'm obsessed with this blog thing this weekend...

All of a sudden, I'm nervous about the audition I did last Thusday for the Drama Club school play... Three reasons:

1) I've never acted for real before except small skits in classes (I was Anne in the Anne Frank thing and whats-his-face in The Tempest). But other than that, the only part I've done in a play is sing in the chorus back in elementary school without even wanting to.

2) I have a bit of stage fright. Not so bad that I hyperventalate... more like so bad that I have random panic attacks... but that's the least of my problems

3) And if I do get the part I want, what if I blow it? I mean, what if I forget my lines or faint or have a wardrobe malfunction like Janet Jackson at the Superbowl?! Trust me, NOBODY wants to see that!!!!

Gah... I'll just say what happens when it happens... IF it happens...
