So... UTA... Sounds kinda like a drug or something...

Mr. Mitton thinks we have a chance... we just need to clean; work on marching technique; play the music better; not play "Soothe You" like crap; give good toe-flexes; keep our chin up (literally); mark-time right; move to the right spot; guide; play with the right pitch; stay in straight lines, archs, diagonals, etc.; give good tone quality; do the horn flashes at the right time; flank correctly; do great transitions; articulate the singing part in "Soul With A Capital 'S'"; articualte period; play right dynamics; not move at parade rest; play; and just pretty much NOT suck. Oh, but other than that, we're okay...

Sheesh... there's no possible way that we can fix all that crap with 4 (possibly 2 due to Rita) practices left... then there's the game on friday... then UTA on Saturday...

But, maybe I'm just pessimistic...

But- then again- maybe I'm right.
