I Have a Tendency to Make Myself Laugh

I Wanna Know What Love is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          I have become quite bored here at my desk and have decided to add to my blog yet again… if you have noticed I have even changed the template too! How exciting!

          I have a question for you. Well first let me set up the background story that led me to my question. I randomly will have these urges to break into song. Even the mention of one little word will send my musical mind into overload… sometimes I act on these urges, and other times I wish I had. For example: last Wednesday Pastor Darnell was preaching on relationships… and lying (I think that he just tells the youth he’s preaching on relationships and then preaches on other things that vaguely have to do with love). Anyway he was talking about how he understands that the youth want to know about relationships and love. In fact his exact words were, “I know you want to know what love is…” It took every fiber of my being not to sing from the top of my lungs: I WANNA KNOW WHAT LOVE IS, I WANT YOU TO SHOW MEEEEEEEEEE!!!! Man you gotta love Foreigner! Heck and Anthony Federov for that matter. You know now that American Idol is over I like him so much better. You gotta love a little Russian man who sings mediocre female love ballads… ahh… Anthony Federov.

Well obviously my question was going to be. Have you ever randomly broken into song and the most inopportune time? Like when you are trying to climb out a mine shaft so that you can get your buddies out of a big hole after you discovered DB’s treasure (Without a Paddle Reference there)… Do you really wanna hurt me… do you really wanna make me cry????

Oh, that was a good laugh when I read that. I know exactly what you're talking about there. I was thinking that all last month when he was preaching on relationships. Don't get me wrong, it was good preaching and a good message. But out of the hour every Wednesday that he preached, less than five minutes of it ended up being about relationships. He preached on something entirely different and then in the middle of it he would randomly stick in relationship references. Well anyways, see you on Wednesday. I'm gonna go watch fireworks now. I just wanted to clarify that I didnt think Pastor Darnell was "lying" but he was preaching on lying... I realize now that what I wrote didn't make sense!
