I Dont Know You Could Surprise Me...

I guess I should write today. Honestly, a lot of cool things have happened. I’m sure that if I felt like putting more effort forth I could totally deliver an award worthy blog. I guess I’m just not incredibly inspired. If you are a regular reader you know that I get like this every once in a while. I have plenty to say just no real desire to say it. I guess I can run down my day a bit for you… on my way to work today I had to stop at the bank. In case you don’t know I’m the type of person who takes pleasure in making friends at my local banks and gas stations. Why banks and gas stations? I don’t know but that’s where I like to meet people. So I’ve been a drive thru regular at the Frontier Bank on Evergreen for over a year. About 3 weeks ago I noticed that my regular bank friend (Liyla) hadn’t been around. Then… sniff… they took her nametag down. Now I can handle change just fine but when you take my bank/gas station friends it takes me some time to adjust. So now this woman Jennifer takes my parents deposits. Why would I write about this? Well today at the bank Jennifer called me Jane. Yes, Jane as in my mother. She doesn’t even know my name. Tragic I know. Then I went to work and did my thing there. My mom took me to Costco so she could have company. It was fun I guess. We ran into a woman who goes to my mom’s church and it was great to see her. Then back to work… where I did nothing. Until I decided that I needed to purchase the Rent Movie Soundtrack. I already have the original Broadway cast recording but I like Rosario Dawson better than… I don’t know who Mimi was originally. So now I am sitting at my desk rambling on this blog while listening to One Song Glory. Go Rent. I could talk about that… but I’m sure that would only bore you. And at that I will bring this blog to a close. If you are upset at all over the quality of my recent blogs then maybe you should give me something to write about. Usually when I put that pressure on you, you all fail miserably. But there is a first time for everything. Linz

Well as I sit here and read your blog dear I am on hold waiting to speak to a representative. I don't know about anyone else out there but seriously where do they get their music? Seldom do I hear a sang that I know, and it all sounds like elevator music anyway. To complicate things it is holiday time so now they are playing super weird renditions of Christmas songs such as O Holy Night. Don't get me wrong I actually practice being on hold so thats not the issue, the problem is the music, does anyone know what I am talking about? Can I get an Amen at least?

I'll give you an amen on the hold/elevator music. It's a pain. However, when I'm on hold they usually play 80's glam rock. So, I'm sorry to say, I can always sing along. Linz
