Kelly Clarkson was AMAZING! Her voice started to go towards the end but it was still a good show. There are a few little things that disappointed me. Thing #1: when you go to a show like Kelly Clarkson who is a family friendly artist… there are bound to be kids there… sitting in front of you… or standing on their chairs. Yeah a kid stood on her chair right in front of Cheryl… cute huh? Thing #2: Kelly… or her stylist is into this odd lingerie/80’s leotard thing with the world’s ugliest/lowest black pants or cute skirt. Needless to say I was not a fan of her attire. And thing #3: You know as a worship leader I tend to get discouraged when people don’t get into praise and worship. They either stand there with their arms crossed or sit down and stare at you. For me it’s distracting, discouraging and kind of rude. Well last night (at least in my section) the majority of the people were sitting. I was flabbergasted that they would spend $55 to sit and listen to a concert. I mean if they didn’t care to get excited and participate in the show they should have just gone online and downloaded her concert and listened to it that way… grr… I was just a little perturbed about that. But other than those three things it was awesome. Kelly just amazes me. She was cute, fun and energetic. If you get the chance you all should go check out her show sometime. You will not be disappointed. There is something else that I feel I need to address. It’s kinda funny, kinda stupid. I don’t understand why if I have the urge to type the word m***es or ***ume or ***ertive that it has to be censored. Believe it or not I am not the one adding the asterisks to the ss. If you feel the need to be further educated on how censorship like this could possibly hinder my blog writing please review the comment of one Bob the B*** Man posted yesterday. Well that’s about it for today. This weekend is Memorial Day weekend. What am I doing? Working on wedding stuff… exciting huh? I will be addressing invitations and putting ribbon on bubbles. It will be fun though. Also I could use your help (for all three of you including my mother who reads this blog) I need ideas for songs that should be played (not sang) by the live band at Jess and Dave’s wedding. If you have any great ideas post them, and if you don’t post that. Ya’ll are too shy for me! Linz Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 198 of 203 } { Next Page } |
