I Have a Tendency to Make Myself Laugh

Mission Impossible

Today this stinky, kinda creepy, not cool guy that works for my mom is getting fired. It’s sad that I’m so excited but I just love the drama (so long as it doesn’t involve me… and so long as it doesn’t affect me). See it was quite a change going from working at a drama filled spa to this monotonous desk job. Don’t get me wrong. I love my job. I get to see my family and I have fairly flexible hours… but the lack of human contact sometimes takes it toll on me. In fact that was one of the reasons I started this blog. Because before it I would talk a mile a minute… trying desperately to get my daily quota of words in. I guess I still do that… this blog didn’t solve that problem… but look at the bright side I met all of you! Anyway back to the stinky, kinda creepy, not cool, soon to be ex employee of my mothers… I have been given an assignment. A mission impossible if you will. So my mission (and I do choose to except it) is to make sure that this stinky, kinda creepy, not cool guy doesn’t eaves drop… or even really know that my mother will be interviewing his replacement in less then an hour. So I ask you: how do I causally sneak out of my office to make sure that this stinky, kinda creepy, not cool guy isn’t encroaching on my mother’s meeting? I can always go out and use the restroom… look in the fridge… you know maybe even check for the mail. It will be exciting for me. And what if I find him spying??? Then what do I do? My mother and I reviewed many options… I thought it would be cool to do some sort of birdcall up to the office. Though funny we decided it probably wasn’t the smartest of ideas. We finally settled on me calling up to the office to inform her… so needless to say the next few hours will probably be my most exciting of the week (not counting certain events that I didn’t write about in this blog due to its confidential nature). So wish me luck my faithful readers… and if I don’t post a new blog by Tuesday you know that I have failed… Linz

What's funny is I can actually picture you running around an office, diving behind chairs and hiding behind desks holding your Charlie's Angels gun fingers up in the air while Mission Impossible music plays in the background.
