I Honor of My 50th Post. We'll Take it to The Church... of BobIn honor of my 50th post I would like to tell you a little known Bible story. Church if you could please open your Bibles to Bobelations. What you don’t have a Bobelations? Well not all Bibles have it. It is, to be quite honest, a controversial book. Thought to be one of the most honest accounts of what it was like to be close to Jesus. Bobelations is a first hand account of what it was like (both the good and the bad) living with the Savior. Who is the writer you may ask? No its not John… its Bob.
Bobelations11 If you haven’t heard of me I wouldn’t be surprised 2 Bet you know my relatives 3 their names will never die 4 My mother is a saint and my brother is a God 5 But all I am is Jesus’ brother Bob 6 Jesus’ brother Bob, Jesus’ brother Bob 7 A nobody relative of the Son of God 8 If only I’d been born just a little sooner 9 I’d be more than the brother of God Junior 2 1 I have to take the ferry to cross the Galilee 2 But not my brother… 3 no not Him 4 He walks across for free. 5 I finally get to work Bout a quarter after nine… 6 and already He’s turning water into wine 7 Jesus’ brother Bob, Jesus’ brother Bob 8 A nobody relative of the Son of God 9 If only I’d been born just a little sooner 10 I’d be more than the brother of God Junior 3 1 One day when I was home I heard a mighty roar 2 There were a thousand people right outside the door 3 HELP US, JESUS, HELP US! 4 Came the cheering from the mob 5 But then they got a look at me. 6 OH NUTS, it’s only Bob 7 Jesus’ brother Bob, Jesus’ brother Bob 8 A nobody relative of the Son of God 9 If only I’d been born just a little sooner 10 I’d be more than the brother of God Junior 4 1 He died upon the cross 2 I thought that I was free 3 Finally people would get to know me for me 4 This was my big chance to finally get ahead 5 The next thing you know He’s rising from the dead 6 Jesus’ brother Bob, Jesus’ brother Bob 7 A nobody relative of the Son of God 8 If only I’d been born just a little sooner 9 I’d be more than the brother of God Junior 10 Amen… 11 I mean… 12 A… Bob "Jesus Brother Bob" By: The Arrogant Worms
