I Have a Tendency to Make Myself Laugh

Boycotting American Idol!

So this morning I was sitting in my office listening to this morning show I listen to periodically online. Seriously morning shows are my total guilty pleasure. I could see myself doing something like that for a living (however that's not really where I'm headed). Anyway they were interviewing some former American Idol contestant (his name was Kevin). The interview really confirmed to me that this season is just as bad as the others. Yup, I could tell simply by the interview. Before they got him on the phone the DJs were talking about how they didn’t even like the guy and how they would have to dance and kiss some butt because they didn’t want to be mean. Well this young man (I believe he was 16) came into the interview with an attitude like he was the most amazing man in the world. It wasn’t more than 3 minutes into the interview when the program director called him annoying. Then the kid flips out and starts getting all defensive and eventually he hung up on them. Ahh… the drama! Really it’s a good thing I’m not watching this season, because that would have really made me furious. Seriously, I would have lost it! Simply because it is highly likely that I would have found him annoying and ridiculously untalented myself. I probably would have found it so frustrating that he was so condescending. Well that’s really all I have for the moment. I just thought that would be a decent blog. If you are watching AI this year and know this kid feel free to reaffirm my suspicions that he really deserved to be kicked off in Hollywood! Linz

Can you please post something that matters to someone? I mean seriously now you wait all this time and rant about American Idol garbage? Please dial 1 800 who-cares.

WU,
As your future mother-in-law.....
Public rudeness is simply not acceptable! "Our" family behaves better than that (we'll hit you below the belt, behind closed doors...then deny it).
I KNOW that you were raised better than this (& remember that I'm having dinner with your mama tomorrow night).
YOU (my dear WU) are in serious danger of losing "favorite" status.
And if you're going for a point, it's just not going to happen.
Who cares? You better and you'd better start showing it!
Giving a new defination to,
Mad Mama
