man i feel drained. i popped 4 sleeping tablets last nite. (double the recommended dosage) lolz. well it worked good cause i was out cold. thankfully i had no dreams. gonna hafta make it a habit cause i think its the only way i can sleep when all this crap is still on my mind. saw the headlines in the paper about all the peeps being killed in russia. those damn insurgents are so crazy. i don't know much about muslims but after hearing all the crazy stuff those peeps have been doing it kinda makes me pity the good muslims that believes in peace. saw that the bird flu virus is spreading towards europe. alexandra says that its showing up in romania and hungary. its gonna be a potentially big epidemic cause the people there uses lots of mass transit. i hope all the peeps i know and love there take proper precautions and perhaps keep their mouths/noses covered with a scarf or something. i'm sure panic will ensue cause winter is starting there. probably lots of peeps will be coughing. you wont be able to tell if they have the disease or just a cold.

 gonna just chill at work today with some mellow shiet and enjoy letting my brain drift while still under the effects of the sleeping tablets.
